New York - Android is really central targeted cyber criminals. Not only application running on the green robot OS is often manipulated, falsified any Android app market.
Symantec Security Response Team has just announced the existence of their own fake application called the Android Market Express's Play.
Abal-Abal app market is believed to have attracted more than 3,000 visits within a week, from January 13 to January 20, 2013. As a result, resulting in the potential for 75,000 to 450,000 theft of personal data.
"Android.Exprespam discovered in early January and lasts only a few weeks, but the analysis showed that the scammer is very successful with malware," Symantec said in his statement.
To that end, the Android gadget users were encouraged to visit the Android Market, as the official Android app store. Never store or applications persuaded false offer that too much giving a seductive lure.
